The Supervision Companion
What Is the Companion?
The Supervision Companion is a home for supervision learning. It was created from the belief that becoming an excellent supervisor is not achieved through a single workshop, textbook, or assessment, but through ongoing reflection, intentional practice, and continual learning.
Built around the BE • DO • BLOOM framework, The Supervision Companion brings together different ways to learn, reflect, and grow as a supervisor.
This includes the Intensive Clinical Supervision Workshop, online courses (coming soon), individual and packaged meta-supervision, and an evolving interactive online toolkit with practical resources to support supervisors in their day-to-day work.
Together, these offerings create a connected ecosystem for supervisor development, whether you are preparing to supervise for the first time, looking to strengthen an established supervision practice, or continuing to develop your own competence and identity as a supervisor.
