What it is
The Interactive Supervision Toolkit is the practical side of The Supervision Companion, designed to support supervisors in the real work of supervision.
Rather than simply providing information to read, the toolkit brings together interactive tools, guided reflection, structured resources, and downloadable materials that can be used throughout the supervisory process.
Current and developing resources include tools for exploring your supervisory approach through the BE • DO • BLOOM framework, reflecting on your growth and development as a supervisor, building stronger supervision contracts, supporting feedback and evaluation, working through challenging supervisory situations, and accessing practical resources for use in supervision.
The toolkit will continue to grow as new evidence-informed tools and resources are developed, creating an evolving space supervisors can return to as their practice and supervisory needs change.
Why Use it
Good supervision involves more than knowing what to do. It requires supervisors to reflect, make intentional decisions, adapt to the needs of different supervisees, and continue developing their own practice over time. The Interactive Supervision Toolkit is designed to help turn supervision knowledge into practice, giving you a place to pause, think through your approach, access practical tools when you need them, and continue building your competence as a supervisor.
